Dr. Ramsey Kilani
Founder/ Principal
A physician by training, Dr. Kilani offers both clinical and business expertise in multiple disciplines of healthcare.
Dr. Kilani is a seasoned healthcare provider, entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years experience building and managing healthcare companies ranging from startups to large corporate entities.
Dr. Kilani is also an active Director at GSIS, a security consulting and business advisory firm headquartered in Washington, DC.
For the past ten years, Dr. Kilani’s focus has been on strategic management, operations, medical affairs, and clinical trial design.
Brian Doughty

Brian Doughty is a nationally recognized sales leader and educator with Fortune 500 experience.
Brian has over 20 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Ford Motor Company, and Johnson & Johnson. His winning sales strategies have helped companies achieve historic sales records.
While working for Medtronic, Brian established and directed a division that grew from $0 to over $800M in annual revenue. His sales process is still used today.
His unique process of “cracking the code” has been attributed to our client's success.
John Guess

John Guess is a CPA focused on creating company value and mitigating unwarranted risk.
John is an expert financial advisor, with over 20 years experience working at Ernst & Young, a Big 4 Accounting firm.
John has become a trusted corporate advisor by providing critical business process feedback and guiding clients through numerous technical accounting, internal control and financial reporting issues.
In the past ten years, John
has lead and coordinated numerous public and private company audits. John provided accounting and financial guidance on multi-year, global assignments.
Karl Wagner

Karl Wagner is an expert in
intelligence and national security affairs, Karl has created and led multi-million dollar enterprise
risk management programs in both government and private industry.
Karl is a former member of CIA’s Senior Intelligence Service (SIS), having served as a
CIA senior leader and a Directorate of Operations (DO) expert manager, with 29 years of worldwide experience, including service in
Latin America, East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.
In Karl’s last position at CIA, he served as Chief of Counter-Intelligence(CI) Operations, directing CI operations throughout CIA, both at Hqs and overseas. He successfully advocated for inclusion of resiliency efforts into CIA’s Insider Threat Program.Karl has an M.A. in Security Studies from
Georgetown University, a Bachelors degree in Political Science from University of Illinois, and is
fluent in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.Matthew Lungren, MD
Senior Advisor
Dr. Lungren is the Associate Director of the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging and faculty in the Stanford University Medical Center. He leads a federally funded research lab at Stanford focused on use of deep learning in medicine. Much of his work is frequently featured in both high impact academic journals and national media.
Chris May

Chris May is a strategy and finance professional, focused on creating best- practices to drive growth and profitability.
Chris began his career as an analyst at a NYC-based hedge fund and later joined a global public affairs and business advisory firm, where he served as deputy to the Chief Financial Officer.
After being accepted into
the Finance Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin Corporation, Chris honed his skills in corporate finance and strategy.In 2012, Chris was recruited as Chief Financial Officer of a healthcare and med-tech focused consulting firm before joining Gliavent Group.
Grant Senner, MD, DABRM

Grant Senner, MD, DABRM is a tested physician executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of progressive healthcare leadership.
His diverse background includes expertise in biomedical technology and commercialization, health finance, clinical program development, medical reimbursement and population health management spanning the commercial and academic sectors.
Dr. Senner attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson and continues to serve as a member of Faculty. Dr. Senner previously served within the state of Arizona’s Medicaid agency and as Director of Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives within University of Arizona Health Sciences. He is currently CEO of a leading biopharmaceutical and regenerative medicine company.
Alex Walsh

Alex Walsh is the founder and CEO of a nationally recognized contracting, construction management and design-build firm.
Alex has advised hundreds of small businesses on strategic planning, business development and all areas of corporate finance, specializing in growth and acquisition. He specializes in working on corporate finance strategy and deal structuring for businesses under $50M in revenue in both the public and private sectors.
In his career, he has advised companies, private equity firms, and family offices all across North America and has been part involved in the structuring and execution of over $500,000,000 in equity and mezzanine financing.
Alex graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Economics and Management. He lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife Trish and two boys, Carter and Aidan.
Erik McLaughlin MD, MPH
Senior Advisor
Erik McLaughlin is an American Board-Certified physician who is currently licensed in multiple states and countries.
Erik has completed a Fellowship in Rural and Remote Medicine with Advanced Specialist Training in Emergency Medicine in Australia. Dr. McLaughlin has earned his Master’s in Public Health (Global Health) at Tulane University along with a Diploma in Clinical Tropical Medicine and completed Family Medicine training in Chicago. He has worked on six continents, directed regional medical service areas and focused his career on the provision of rural and remote healthcare in resource poor settings, worldwide.
Dr. McLaughlin is currently the Chief Medical Officer of a renown healthcare solutions company and the Medical Director Medical Director and part owner of a Travel and Expeditionary Medicine Clinic.

Kendall Conger, MD
Senior Advisor
Kendall is a practicing ER physician offering expertise in both clinical medical and business growth and development
Kendall enjoys 20 years of experience in clinical and pharmaceutical medicine. Beginning at Glaxo, he assisted in writing Trial Protocols and worked as a Monitor of Clinical Trials for Zantac Development. At Schwarz Pharma, his role as a Drug Safety Physician in product surveillance and pharmacovigilance aided the company’s acquisition.
Kendall is a practicing ER physician at Duke Raleigh Hospital. He successfully parlayed his past experience into venture investments and start-ups. He has assisted small businesses as an investor and adviser in companies like Charleston Labs which soared from a 10M valuation to a 400M collaboration.
Amy Domangue

Amy launched her career at FleishmanHillard, a global communications firm, where she represented Fortune 500 healthcare companies, including Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
Since then, Amy has served on the leadership team of early stage healthcare companies, environmental impact organizations and state sponsored innovation initiatives.
